Folding machine is the down stream support equipment of the ironing machine. It processes 2 forward
lengthwise folding and 3 left/right breath-wise folding, total of 5 folding capability. Maximum folding size is
3000X3000mm. 2 sets of independent Variable Frequency Drive control system with folding speed of 50m/min.
Variable Stepless Control speed enable the unit to be adaptable and attached to various type of ironing machine.
PLC control system, high electric noise resistance. Sophisticated smart high resolution LED display touch screen
provide good human interface. Complete self-diagnostic capability enable daily safe operation and maintenance of
the machine. First in the country to apply anti-static effect feature onto the machine to enhance reliability and
stability.
